Shipping and Returns

The customer pays for shipping. I use the United States Postal Service and your order is insured. If anything arrives broken you will need to contact you local post office. They will direct you on how to file a claim. I will help you in anyway that I can.

If you are not satisfied with your candle e-mail me and tell me what is wrong with it. I will do my best to make sure you are satisfied. If you don’t want a replacement candle, I will refund your money plus the cost of shipping, after you return the candle to me.

Shipping Rates

We charge a flat rate for all orders based on USPS rates, they are as follows:
